If you have uncertainties do not hesitate to contact us.<\/p>\n<h2><span>Papers required to fulfill the contract<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Individuals:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-section-id=\"bk5idg\" data-start=\"67\" data-end=\"88\">ID card or passport<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1jel5fu\" data-start=\"89\" data-end=\"106\">Driving licence<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"ut1nm8\" data-start=\"107\" data-end=\"168\">Full permanent residential address (correspondence address)<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1f7lgtk\" data-start=\"169\" data-end=\"300\">The minimum age of the driver at the time of rental is 19 years, and the driving licence must have been valid for at least 1 year<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"13uvaat\" data-start=\"301\" data-end=\"462\">The minimum age of the driver for higher-class vehicles, SUVs, or vehicles with 7 or more seats is 25 years, with the driving licence valid for at least 1 year<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Legal entity:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-section-id=\"17wt4fj\" data-start=\"485\" data-end=\"540\">Extract from the Commercial Register or trade licence<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"10oqvm9\" data-start=\"541\" data-end=\"609\">ID card and driving licence of the person who will use the vehicle<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"s2xhfi\" data-start=\"610\" data-end=\"685\">Full permanent residential address (correspondence address) of the driver<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"83oeip\" data-start=\"686\" data-end=\"898\" data-is-last-node=\"\">Notarised power of attorney to sign the contract and take over the vehicle, if the contract is signed by a person other than the person listed in the extract from the Commercial Register or in the trade licence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span>Rental length<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>shortest rental period is 1 day (24 hours)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span>Payment conditions<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The payment (the total price inc. VAT) for the rent is being done by cash or by card (but we don\u2019t accept American express and Dinners Club) in EUR currency to our representative when you will receive the car.<\/p>\n<p>The deposit needs to be paid by card. The amount of the deposit is usually based on the amount of the minimum deductible according to the category of the given vehicle. The deposit will be paid back upon returning undamaged car. The deposit will be unblocked after car return. We accept credit \/ debit cards.<\/p>\n<h2><span>Journey abroad<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>With a rented vehicle from our car rental company, it is possible to drive in the following countries: Select countries you plan to visit with the car Austria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Slovenia. The possibility to visit other countries must be requested and approved by the lessor. The countries you plan to visit must be listed in the rental agreement, or you can mark all the countries when making an online reservation.<\/p>\n<p>It is not allowed to travel to the following countries with a rented vehicle from Abrix: Albania, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, France, Great Britain, Greece, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine and all countries outside Europe.<\/p>\n\n<h2><span>Insurance<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Abrix Car Rental provides three levels of insurance coverage options:<\/p>\n<h3>1. CDW<\/h3>\n<p>CDW\u00a0&#8211; The rental price includes statutory motor vehicle insurance, including third-party liability insurance and collision damage insurance \u2013 CDW (Collision Damage Waiver). Basic SCDW insurance<\/h3>\n<p>Basic SCDW insurance (Basic Super Collision Damage Waiver) &#8211; eliminates deductible in the event of a traffic accident, damage to the vehicle, windshield, natural disaster damage or vandalism. In the case of vandalism, a police report must be provided.<br \/>\nThe theft protection is included in BASIC SCDW only if the car keys and ID of the car is handed over to the Abrix car rental employee, together with police report. It has to be proven that the vehicle was not stolen due to drivers negligence (unlocked vehicle, or handed over to an unauthorized person).<\/p>\n<h3>3. Premium SCDW insurance<\/h3>\n<p>Our Premium SCDW insurance (Premium Super Collision Damage Waiver) &#8211; includes Basic SCDW insurance and also eliminates deductibles in case of damage to mirrors, lights and undercarriage; damage to tires and wheels and total damage. In case of total damage. In the case of total damage, a police report must be provided.<\/p>\n<h3>Exclusions from CDW, BASIC SCDW, PREMIUM SCDW insurance<\/h3>\n<p>The additional insurance does not cover:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>filling the wrong fuel<\/li>\n<li>damage to interior of the car<\/li>\n<li>loss\/lockout of the key to the car, loss of ID of the car<\/li>\n<li>damage caused by rodents<\/li>\n<li>damages resulting from the driver being under the influence of alcohol, stimulants or sedatives or being otherwise incapable of controlling the vehicle safely<\/li>\n<li>damages due to racing or test driving<\/li>\n<li>damages that are caused in places where the vehicle is not permitted to be driven, such as on tracks, rough trails, in snowdrifts or on ice, driving across unbridged rivers or brooks, on beaches, through water shoals or off road. However, the insurance compensates for damages that are caused when the driver is forced to leave the main road due to repairs of the road.<\/li>\n<li>damages caused by water, sand, gravel, ash or pumice or other earth materials that are blown onto the vehicle.<\/li>\n<li>damages caused intentionally or due to the gross negligence of the driver<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"41\"><strong data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"41\">Cancellation Policy and No-Show Terms<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"43\" data-end=\"363\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">You may cancel your reservation at any time free of charge.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"43\" data-end=\"363\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">However, we kindly ask that you inform us of the cancellation as soon as possible so that we can adjust our schedule and offer the vehicle to another customer.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"43\" data-end=\"363\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">If you fail to pick up the vehicle without prior notice (no-show), a fee of 50 \u20ac will be charged.<\/p>\n<h2><span>No Smoking Policy<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Smoking is strictly prohibited in all of our vehicles.<br \/>\nIn case of violation of this rule, a penalty of 200 \u20ac will be charged.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"65\" data-end=\"95\"><strong data-start=\"65\" data-end=\"95\">Vehicle Cleanliness Policy<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"97\" data-end=\"375\">The vehicle must be returned in a reasonably clean condition, consistent with normal use.<br data-start=\"186\" data-end=\"189\" \/>If the vehicle is returned with an excessively dirty interior (e.g., mud, stains, strong odors, animal hair, or significant soiling), the renter is required to pay a cleaning fee of 50 \u20ac.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"377\" data-end=\"441\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">The vehicle does not need to be washed externally before return.<\/p>\n<h2><span>Driver Responsibility Policy<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The driver (renter) bears full responsibility for the rented vehicle throughout the entire rental period. The driver is also obliged to comply with all applicable laws and traffic regulations in the countries where the vehicle is used.<\/p>\n<p>The driver is responsible for the safety of transported persons, for the proper use of the vehicle, and for protecting it from damage, loss, or misuse.<\/p>\n<p>All fines, penalties, fees, and other financial charges incurred in connection with the operation of the vehicle (especially for traffic violations, parking, tolls, etc.) are borne entirely by the driver. If such costs are imposed on the rental provider, the provider has the right to charge them in full to the renter.<\/p>\n<p>The driver (renter) is also required to ensure that the vehicle is used exclusively by persons listed in the rental agreement.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Read the basic conditions of car rental, as well as additional information relating to the rental vehicle.
